Nick, I commend you for "retiring" from athletics in the best way. Most athletes fall off the radar and work office jobs. You are making a huge impact in the next generation by showing that fitness is fun! More kids need the message that fitness is a lifestyle, and Nick, you promote this in each video. Tried this thing at a local carnival. I was hanging for maybe 4-5 minutes before getting bored. The host asked to jump down after I started fooling, like hanging with one hands or just doing some pull-ups without breaking a sweat. He was pretty confused (and pissed) and then I confessed that I'm a rock climber🤣

I use hanging as a way to stretch out after an upper body work out usually for 20 seconds most every day. So.... I just tried a 60 second hang on the pull up bar at my house and I did 63 seconds. I surprised myself!💪
