Sorry to hear that! Because of the copyright claims on some of the songs the video is not available on some mobile devices or gaming consoles so if possible maybe try using a different platform and see if that helps. Also sometimes using KZfaq on Safari or watching the video through tumblr (it is posted on our tumblr) it might work. Unfortuantely we can't do anything to fix the problem. It does work on other mobile devices and on laptops so we are sorry it will not work on yours :(
