Nico Williams Is Open To Joining FC Barcelona: Xavi Would Switch Frenkie De Jong For Bernardo Silva

➡️ Diario Sport are reporting that Xavi has a wishlist of three forwards he’d like Barcelona to bring in during the summer transfer window.
On his list are Athletic Club’s Nico Williams, former Barcelona winger Dani Olmo and Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Of the three, Williams is said to be Xavi’s preferred choice, although it’s difficult to see the Catalans signing any of the players this summer unless their financial situation improves. Williams is thought to have a release clause set at €50 million in his contract, while Napoli will want double that for Kvaratskhelia. Barcelona do have plenty of attacking options currently but there are questions marks over several players right now.

We gotta replace our whole frontline except Yamal. The problem is no one wants to leave. Nico is an okay player, definitely better than Raphinha but Nico really needs to improve his decision making. If he can get that down then he could be a top winger. He’s still young which is good tho and for 50mil I think that’s a steal, usually wingers like Nico would be valued at around 75+mil.

Would sell Ferran 100%. Before this season, he had two back-to-back horrific seasons. Also, during his best and “shark” era, he has the same g/a as a “finished” Ansu Fati from last season. Ferran is honestly a joke. As for Fati, give him pre season and see if he’s does well, and if not, loan him out to a La Liga club. Brighton has been a horrible destination.

@@nbballstarballislife Ferran has missed a lot of games this season too and Dani Olmo is very VERY injury prone. I think if we manage Fati’s minutes and if we put him on a plan like we have Lamine on, we could use him as a good super sub because he has an eye for goal and imo he’s better than Ferran and Olmo.

@@chila890 I know about our Financial situation but I only wanted to tell you that Bernando is very good player and better than frenkie. Personally Ilove Frenkie but we need someone of that Bernando kind of profile that people expected from Ferran. Moreover he can also play as a interior. So in my opinion if Barça somehow lands Bernando it would be great.
