Nico has significantly improved the closing part of his race, which was probably his only weakness. Should be an interesting year at the trials and the games themselves.

Crazy that he has already achieved the dream times of 12:XX in the 5k and 26:XX in the 10k.

Yep. I can remember a few years ago when people would speculate about his potential and he's already surpassed it

Trackstaa, what would you recommend as a minimum weekly mileage for sub 17 5k? Would 80km be good enough? If it's about quality over quantity?
