I'd hardly say you were defeated. I mean, even when it LOOKS like you're defeated it's always that you lost on purpose to further some greater plan. So I assumed it was the case with this, when I managed to achieve the same feat in my tutorial.

Have 2 ghosts block the dragons. The warrior and the third ghost will still survive. This is the mistake many are making.
