Omg you made me cry! I did mine last year, and it was the best decision I made. I wish I did not wait so long. I took something to keep me calm but it did not help. But being able to see is the best feeling ever

I would like to know how it feels to see without lenses am -5.5 been myopic since 2nd grade but unfortunately I can't afford lasik

Congratulations I'm so happy for you! I had a retina detached at age 16 and I've had several eye surgeries. I got cataracts at a young age and had surgery for that. Being able to see it a blessing!!

I'm so happy for you!I have been putting this procedure off for so long as well.I'm afraid of halos and all the other horror stories I've heard as well.I almost had it done in like 2002.I had the consultation and everything but I didn't go through with it.Seeing what a wonderful experience you've had is inspiring me to give it another go.Did it hurt during the actual procedure?

what about the pain afterwards?? did you experience any pain?? it didn't seem so but everyone does have a painful experience at least the first two days, like burning eyes.

Seeing you cry made me cry. I am thinking of getting this surgery. My worst fear is having to leave in an emergency and forgetting my glasses.

Can this procedure be performed on ppl w/astigmatisms?

Yes! I’m getting my procedure this Friday and I have astigmatism in both eyes . You just have to qualify for all the tests they do at your consultation but the tech is advanced now to the point that even people who have astigmatism can have the procedure done 😊💗

I did this twice. It is amazing. Now it's been 18 years and it wore off. Enjoy it for however long it lasts for you. My brothers is still 20/20 after almost 30 years.

Did you just get one eye done? I’ve had it twice in one eye (ten years apart and my other eye is inoperable), and both times I brought a stuffed animal to hold during it 😊

@@pimppappi702 around $2k per eye. Totally worth it. You can usually get free touch ups or discounted rates for coming back to the same place. It lasts for nearly a decade!
