Kidman thanked the Hollywood Foreign Press, Stephen Daldry, Scott Rudin, Paramount, Sherry Lansing, Harvey Weinstein, Susan Batson, Mark Epstein and her talented competitors. She asked the writers and directors of Hollywood to keep writing and making films for all the talented actresses.

She totally deserved this award. I could feel all the emotions of her character. Her Virginia Woolf is just unforgettable; the scene of the train station was absolutely magnificent! Una de las mejores actrices de su generación, en su mejor papel. Saludos.
