The Alanis one gave me goosebumps. Nicole is one of those talented artists whose voice gets wasted on cheap pop songs, just like Lady Gaga. It's not until they do those performances of ballads and things that you realise just how good they are. It's a shame.

2:01 OMG! With her vocal technique she made it sound (the "whenever, wherever" part) like an anthem in the voice of Shakira 😮😮.... so much power, a total different version of that song in that part... That shows how important is the individuality of the performer even if the song is the same. It's like an improved (in terms of support in singing) of Shakira's version.

Now as to Selena Gomez well she does sound a lot better than Britney Spears so I will give her that.. However when it comes to Nicole Scherzinger she is in a different Category altogether.
