I recall this song in the high summer of '79, when often it was played over the radio. And in English seaside resorts, amidst their tackiness, the buckets and spades, ice creams, families bumping into each other on the sand, teenagers lumping a football around, the screams and shouts, the amusement arcades and fairground rides on the pier, amidst all that, I recall this song of Abba's breaking over the promenade and the beach, in a low-key way, but audible, and I recall feeling that everything was cool, the beat of this track somehow indicating the temporal nature of time and the warm weather front, never to really last. I was lucky enough to grow up in the 60s 70s 80s and of course ABBA was a part of my childhood, youth and puberty... So, not really hard to understand the magic and attraction of ABBA to me at that time... Two beautiful and sexy ladies taking care of all my secret desires and dreams... Songs about love, heartache, happiness, fun... All what's in a teenagers heart and mind 24/7... The only thing that really makes me somehow nervous is.... I'm almost 58 now and I still love the music like I did 4 decades before... Well, it seems to be made for eternity... Thank God!

To have one great singer in your band is handy. To have two is pretty damn great. To have those two great singers harmonise like these did is just awesome. Being absolute stunners and two brilliant songwriters with them as well, they just couldn't fail.
