Also for me I realized, it wasnt about pushing myself to the gym as much as I needed to be more physically active. Walking more places, biking more, standing as much as possible. And then even taking on big physical projects. Part of the challenge is being someone so successful and time managed out the butt ( im sure ) but forcing urself to take the harder route is the best way to learn and grow

Hear you mate…Getting fit it is the most important thing…being successul in buisness worrh nothing if you don’t have health…You owe it to yourself and to your family, if you still want be around when you it 50💪 It’s actualy simple then you think. 80% happen in the kitchen. 1 :Get you calories and macros done by a professionnel. 2 : Plan your meal (meal prep) 1 one week ahead. Make sure to eat every calories and macros (protein, carbohydrate, fat) each day. Aims for a slight calories deficit (- 200 calories a day) 3 : Hit the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week in a push, pull, leg, shoulder fashion style work out. 1 session last about 1 hour. Any variation are good, as long your are lifting weight. 4 : Implement 45 min light cardio session 2 to 3 times week. 5 : Walk 10 000 steps a day. 6 : Drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day. 7- Aims 8 hours of good sleeping for recovery. 8 - Reduce stress and alcool. Avoid if you can. That the big part to reduce inflammation. 9 : Add supplementation : Omega 3 fish oil (reduce inflammation), multi vitamin, magnesium for recovery and protein whey to make sure that you hit your protein maccro). It wont happen over night…constancy is the key. But if you do all this, in 6 mouth time you will be a significant 100% better version of yourself. And you will be the real Daddy! I will fallow your progress…You can do this mate💪💪💪

I strongly recommend intermittent fasting ie eat within and 8 hour period and don't eat for 16 hours. I've lost a stone in about 6 weeks and feel better than I have for years.
