another tip with UV resin is to hit it with UV light for a few minutes to set it then pop it in a clear measure cup and just cover with water so its submersed then pop cup on a mirror then a few minutes of UV light and the tackyness will disappear. dint ask me why it works or how it works but it works another trick i learnt from a fellow utuber who does alit of resin experiments. i aspect you know him it was Daniel cooper. i watch all his videos along with pouring your heart out and sherry Moulton and a few others and yourself

Thanks for watching and including me in those you watch. 🧡☺️ I’ve seen the water trick, but have never tried it as I’ve never had anything stay tacky after proper curing. In this video it only happened because I had the light way too high. Had I cured it for longer in that position it would have had the time to cure fully, just as it would if curing in actual sunlight because the sun is so far away. My guess on why it works is because water reflects light. It’s how you can get sunburnt on a cloudy day, or an even a worse sunburn when you’re near water or in a very humid climate.
