NICU Trainee Portal is an innovative new program to complement your education during your NICU rotation. This program is designed for health professionals and trainees and will be used in conjunction with one-on-one teaching by a clinical mentor during your NICU rotation. Individual modules can also be used for self-paced learning. Please refer to the current medical literature for updated information.

Boy is that a lot of work. I am fortunate for my machines and easy headgear. It's always nice to have the equipment to set up a bubble cpap though when your machine malfunctions and you only have one.... Good video.

+Hunter B Thank you for your comments! The RTs and nurses are fantastic at setting up this particular delivery system very quickly and make it look easy :) We use different delivery systems for CPAP depending on the site and the patient.

On the prongs, there was a red cap was in the demonstration on the dummy baby which was replaced with a clear tubing on the real baby... What tubing is it? What is it connected to?

and mostly the dragger vent infinity for neonates so, RT can know more about this mechanical vent and how to use the modes of ventilation

Peter Foster Hi Peter. Thank you for your question. All the videos on you tube are free and open to everyone. The actual course is currently only open to medical students and trainees who work in our NICUs.
