I was having some trouble with going down early in SP missions with nidus. he can be rather vulnerable to damage like most squishy frames, until he gets his mutation stack going, then it's goodnight. I though "if anyone can benefit from eclipse, it's Nidus. I ended up toying around with an acolyte while out of life support and completely invincible while my abilities were active.
