Alright I'll explain In a different comment, but short answer here, the music that begins to play is Kuroi Hana (the black flower) from Drakengard 3. It's the version that plays in the ending D credits ('true end')

Alright some context here. "what's the song?" -The music playing is Kuroi Hana (the black flower) drakengard 3. Rs the version that plays in ending D. "why is that song significant?" -it has not played in the game before this moment. Accord (drakengard 3) is mentioned in game by the camp weapons dealer in his dialog as the person who delivers weapons to him (usually by drone). SO THAT'S NOT CONTEXT WHAT DOES IT MEAN -Well, it means that 4S was likely collecting that data for Accord, who as their purpose states, is to record and monitor timelines, and cataclysmic events. What's hinted, is then that Accord has hired androids/used drones to collect data in an effort for a future cataclysmic event. But since this is all the audience gets, this is where they are left to speculate.

axlorg89 the only other (a wild mass guess, not to be taken seriously only considered) guess is that it's tied to the flower/drakengard 3 big bad/watchers are collecting data but the version of Kuroi Hana used suggests that it's not the watchers or it would be a version of "exhausted" which was used in drakengard 1 & 3 for their music themes. A connection to ACCORD is then more likely because ending D heavily features her and this version of the song.
