My friend, we all have had our struggles in the sport. You can do it! Everyone learns differently. You may need to break down what you are doing step by step to find out where you are struggling. You may need to just talk yourself into landing it. You may need the assistance of grass or another aid. Do what you need to do, but just know, you can do it!

Personally, on frontside kickturns it helps to focus on your timing. Pivoting as soon as you come to a stop is key, not while rolling up or back into the transition

Just do it and fall on purpose. As hard as you can.... not on your face or anything, but enough to show your instincts that falling isn't that serious. When I used the cower away from hits during football, One of my coaches took me aside after practice and had another player Faced me, and then he told me to put my hands behind my back, Then he told the other player to do the same, And we both ran into each other as hard as we could from fifteen yards away. DIDNT FEEL A THING. My coach just looked at me and said, got it? And from then on I was a changed man. Sometimes you just gotta realize making mistakes is okay and even healthy for you
