Goatmeat
Shaki
Egg
Garlic
Ginger
Habanero Pepper (15 pieces) I heard abroad pepper is hotter than Nigeria's own so please reduce yours to fit.
Redbell Pepper (Tatashe) 3 big ones
Cayenne pepper (Shombo) - 12 pieces
Tomatoes 3 big ones
Onions 1 big bulb to fry stew and 1 big one to boil goatmeat
Seasoning
Cooking oil
Curry
Thyme

@@TheAbisolaI’m not meaning to be mean. I’m really scared for Nigerians and the high rate of heart attacks and strokes. It would be so amazing to see more healthier alternatives used like beef tallow or coconut oil, and less. I want Nigerians to heave healthy hearts and arteries
