Wow... I've made pap from scratch many times. I've never thought it possible to activate the dry corn by first boiling it. Now that I live in the U.S, I can make my own pap again. Thanks for sharing!

Ada ndi Igbo, this your video reminds me of life in Nnewi Anambra state in Igbo land in the 90s. Agidi and pepper soup combo was one of my favourite food at home and at Nkwo Nnewi market. Thanks

The way we make agidi in my home we don't boil the corn we soak it for about two days and we change the water daily we also add salt the the agidi it taste more better and goes well with pepper soup, moi moi, akara or ogholo and okro soup. Your style of making it is also good and simple.
