Smoked mackerel fish sauce is just smoked mackerel in a delicious pepper and tomato sauce, garnished with choice Vegetables.
It's not only spicy and savory but quick and. easy to put together in less than 20 minutes.
It's a perfect breakfast idea and can double as a lunch idea or even triple as a dinner idea you can pair with boiled yams, plantains, fried yam, roasted plantains, potato fries, fried plantain and even pairs perfectly with some white rice and pasta.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 large smoked mackerel fish ( deboned & cut into chunks)
* 1 large onions
* 4 Scotch bonnet peppers
* 10 small tomatoes
* 5 long sweet peppers ( tatashe)
* handful of scallions or spring onions
* 1/4 of a red, yellow and green bell pepper or capsicum
* 2 stock cubes ( I used knorr beef cubes)
* salt to taste
* 1 tsp thyme
* 1 tsp curry
* 5 cloves garlic chopped
* a thumbized ginger
* Vegetables oil
