Ingredients:
* 5Cups of Corn Flour (for the dough and rolling out)
* 5 Cups of Water ( boil )
* 1 Cup of Water ( added for cooking later)
* 1 Cup of Sugar ( you can adjust it to your taste)
* 1 tsp of Salt
* Vegetable Oil for frying

Pls do I need to remove the corn shalf before grinding and do I need to grind it very smooth? Can use wet corn as if I want to make akamu

Sorry I am just seeing this. You don’t need to remove it. Just blend your dried Maize like that, just the same we use for Tuwo. You can not use Akamu to make it.
