Nigerian team vies to be first Olympic African bobsled team

7 жыл бұрынAside from the snows of Kilimanjaro, you probably don't associate Africa with winter weather or winter sports. But three former track stars based in Texas want to change that. Despite a shortage of funds, they've formed a bobsled team for their native land, and hope it's a ride that takes them all the way to the Olympics. Alex Wagner reports.

2 igbo Nigerians & 1 Yurobe Nigerian girl, But they are all American born goddess Queens. Nigeria as a whole should always appreciate Igbo’s in all angel because Igbo’s has contributed a lot but in sports, education, development, employment, factories, industry & etc

Location doesn't determine that. There are no snows in Nigeria and if Nigerians in diaspora decide to take their advantage, it's a thumbs up. Not in anyway sad.
