So helpful, thank you. I’m a PPL student, and did 3 night landings on Saturday night and 7 more last night. Planning my night XC tomorrow and flying it on Friday, so the timing is perfect for this topic for me.

Good luck! I'm finishing ground school next week and start flying soon hopefully. I'm more afraid Class C and B airspace at the moment but haven't even gotten off the ground 😋

@@the.mr.beacher Thank you. C & D were a bit daunting for me since I fly out of a non-towered airport, but like everything else it’s just another bit to learn, piece by piece. Best of luck with your written. Hope it goes well.

I though the Runway Center line lights were White until the last 3,000 feet of the runway and then 2,000 of it was alternating red/white then the last 1,000ft was just red, However the Runway Edge Lights are White until the last 2,000 feet and then its yellow to form a caution zone.

Excellent tutorial/instructions ma’am : and if I’m correct all white PAPI lights indicate you are too high on the glide path and all red indicate that you are too low (I may have it backwards)
