Aqui no Brasil nos tira pena da galinha Assim Bota panela com água no fogo fervendo.Bota a galinha dentro logo tira vai tirando as penas fica fácil de retirar todas as penas da galinha.

Yes people in Guyana do the same...we have told them many a times of how to pluck the feather's, maybe once they did it and they went back to do it how they want to do it...too bad for them tho..more work for them ...plus they do not wash they chicken before cooking.

Фуу, почему курицу не помыли, а сразу начали разделывать, я думала потом помоют а тут бац в казан грязную закинул. Можно же ошпарить в кипящей воде и легко ощипать курицу, видимо им так вкуснее, даже дальше смотреть не захотела.

나는 이해안되는게 왜 닭털을끄슬려 재를만들어 고기랑!같이볶을까요? 아무리 불에 살균이 된다지만 넘더럽고 지저분해요~ㅠㅠ 네팔사람들의 관습인지 몬지는 모르겟지만 궂이 털을 같이음식에 섞을필요가잇는지~~게다가 닭내장은 안먹는거로알고잇는데 내장도 다 먹네요ㅠ 내가모르는 뭔가가잇는건지?ㅠ
