Watch Night Crew hunt the hunter. Bobcats are some of the greatest creatures on this planet and will forever remain one of the Night Crew's favorite animals to hunt at night.

If you guys ever decide to do guides I would be there ASAP!. I have been trying to hunt coyotes at night for the past 18 months. Caught them on my trail cams, but every time i go out there i never see them. Thanks for the tip on the headlamp, i really like my Wicked headlamp. I made that switch about 6 months ago. I like being able to switch from red, to green to white and keeping my hands free.

Footage of bobcats, WOW! Beyond Reproach, unsurpassed for information that is useful to the cat hunter. You guys do the best job at both providing great video and "useful information." Some of the things you mentioned in this video I can relate to direct success on my hunts in the past. Nothing is better than following up on information provided by land owners or deer hunters as to where a bobcat has been seen. Going there and calling will increase your odds tremendously. You mentioned habitat, that is the secret to the equation. Here in Virginia it is young pines thickets following a timber cutting, probably less than ten years earlier. It holds them like nothing else around these parts. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US. My favorite video is the one where Matt uses to large in bullet in his 6.5 Creedmoor on the beautiful spotted cat, great information on ballistics and fur conditions. thanks again. Sonny Pruitt

"every bobcat will signal to you exactly what it's going to do." and "the great fun about hunting bobcats is that each one is different and you never know what each is going to do." I'm a bit confused by this.

They probably eat them or give it to charity
@pop42069 Жыл бұрын
@@jakeseay9819 I can tell you right now they ain't doing either. People don't typically eat varmints/predators, and nobody is gonna want that from charity (at least here in the US.) With that big one they killed they definitely got it's fur or full on taxidermized it. The others they may do the same or dump them somewhere that buzzards and other animals will come and eat them.
@jeffryblackmon48463 жыл бұрын
Maybe they should be call "Robertcats" in this PC world. Do you have bag limits in TX?
@pop42069 Жыл бұрын
No there is not a bag limit or season in Texas. Year round hunting but most hunters do it during January and February.

Why do they hunt the bobcats? What did the cat do? They look like very healthy beautiful animals
@chrishelgeson55474 жыл бұрын
Andrea Ranney where I’m from we don’t have to many bobcats, but we do have a lot of coyotes, both of these predators cause a threat to livestock and farm life. As a result farmers will hire hunters to come and “deal” with said issue.

@pop42069 Жыл бұрын
No the light is actually what keeps them from seeing you. As long as you aren't hitting them with a super bright beam that makes their eyes hurt all they care about is getting another meal.

Greetings from across the pond! Genuine questions. What is the reason for hunting bobcats and coyotes, please? Do they damage crops (like boar), are they dangerous to livestock or are they killed purely for sport/fur? #MAGA #BREXIT !!
@stevesimmons66854 жыл бұрын
ogstopper Bobcats will wipe out a population of Quail, pheasants, hawks and even songbirds. They eat the eggs, young birds and chase down the big ones. If there is a farm, say by to the chickens and eggs in the brooder house.
@ogstopper4 жыл бұрын
@@stevesimmons6685 Thank you, Steve. We don't have bobcats over here, thankfully. Hunting sports are being threatened over here at the moment - big time - and I envy you your right to bear arms, your ability to hunt and your beautiful country. Stay safe, happy hunting.

@XxMrRoachxX4 жыл бұрын
I am probably just a biased asshole because I don't give a crap if a boar, hog or coyote is shot but cats just get me for some reason. I just want to know what damage can bobcats do to farmers? This is a real question not some hater shit. I mean if there's too many, there's too many and have to be dealt with. I just wonder if they do damage as hogs or coyotes? Do you need tags for bobcats?
@pop42069 Жыл бұрын
Same thing as coyotes, they eat livestock. Although they aren't near as bad as coyotes because coyotes will kill pretty much any livestock from cows to chickens. Bobcats, coons, and foxes all will still kill farmers chickens. Bobcats have also been known to kill goats and sheep, although that's fairly rare. And no you don't need any tags, at least here in Texas.

The best answer I can give you Ethan is no we don't feel bad and we're not about to make excuses for why we do what we do to anyone. If you don't like it, don't watch it. Have a nice day and God bless.
