Night of the Living Dead (1990) Passage to Normal Music by Paul McCollough

They held a world premiere for this movie at the Galleria Mall in Pittsburgh. I was 11 or 12 years old, and my uncle and father took me to see it. The entire mall was covered with man made fog as we walked in, and actors dressed as zombies roamed the halls to give it an added effect. It is one of my more vivid memories of childhood, my uncle, and my father. Needless to say.. this soundtrack holds a special place in my heart.

@@fawkkyutuu8851 What about The Blob, Fly, Hills Have Eyes, Maniac, The Ring, House on Haunted Hills, My Bloody Valentine, Invasion of the Body Snatchers etc? good remakes and i don't consider The Thing to be a "remake" of the earlier film The Thing from Another World but another adaptation of the original book and more true to the book

"This is something no one's ever heard about, and no one's ever seen before. This is hell on earth. That first Ben soliloquy hit like the first time i seen it in theaters. Its like you can see him losing his bearings and understanding of the world while Barb was gaining hers. Tony nailed the vibe of the original Ben to a T!!! Top tier masterclass in acting.

best remake ever made!
@Johnlindsey2898 жыл бұрын
Yup along with Hills Have Eyes, The Fly, The Blob, Dawn of the Dead, The Ring, Cat People. Good examples, yet i don't count The Thing as one as it's often mistaken as a remake of The Thing from Another World, it's actually rather another adaptation of the 1938 book and a more faithful adaptation as the earlier film was just a very weak loose adaptation.
@ohthisishardcore8 жыл бұрын

Mine is Day Of The Dead (1985), followed by this movie and the first three Return Of The Living Dead films. The Dawn Of The Dead remake is bloody good too.
@davidw55323 жыл бұрын
It’s a very good remake! On a recent view my only complaint is that it seemed toned down in terms of gore. If it had a bit more gore I think this would make it even better. Surprisingly the violence was watered down considering who directs this film.
@Tony-19713 жыл бұрын
@@davidw5532 Funny that ive just seen your comment. A few days ago i watched it again (for the hundredth time) and was thinking how little gore there actually is in it. Apart from the burned dead bodies you dont see the zombies actually eating anyone. Compare that to Day Of The Dead, where you see basically everyone get eaten in really graphic detail. I dont think there is another zombie movie.tv show that shows that much flesh eating carnage. Maybe the walking dead is the only other one i can think of.
