A new night market is currently being constructed over the location of Ratchada Train Night Market. It's called The One Ratchada & It will be opened by September 9th I guess.

I'm glad that you had visited Jodd Fairs. Yes, Angel Melon Smoothie, Indy Pancake Cartoon, Leng Saap, Shrimp Stall, Coconut Smoothie stall etc were there in Ratchada too. Try Leng Saap if possible,it's Pork Rib Mountain with chilli. It's a shame that Ratchada had closed down, anyway Jodd Fairs will be there for next couple of years. The same owner of the Ratchada only runs it. Jodd Fairs should be an ideal replacement for Ratchada, it is also an MRT station away. You can get a good view of the market with the Unilever building background from Central Rama 9 Parking lot. They have another train night market at Srinagarindra also. Indy Market is still there in Bangkok and if you are visiting Samut Prakan then there is Black Market.

Try visiting Liab Duan Night Market, Ramintra. It's near DMK Airport. It's another kickass market which can be a good alternative for Ratchada. If you can visit Nonthaburi, you can try Owl Night Market also. It's located next to Central Rattanathibet and also near Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT Station.
