As a kid between 5 to 10 years old living in yap in the 50s I went night spear fishing several times. Kinda spooky. But also fun. Certainly easier to spear fish. But I preferred day light spear fishing.

Night spear fishing is a bit easier but also dangerous at same time. The only advantage of night is tat you dont have to chase them around cuz they’re sleeping haha
