I’m not sure why but this video made me feel so emotional. I think just seeing your family grow and flourish over the years is special. Your bond with Grayson is something to never take for granted. There is no greater bond than a mama and her boy. You’ve been in my prayers as I’m sure so many others. Life is hard. We all tend to be go go go all the time. We all need to take a breathe and allow ourselves to feel. We are human. Thank you for acknowledging that. God Bless Hendersons. 😊

Life is hard & she's right you'll get through it. I feel we just have to do something just for ourselves. Routine isn't for everyone & breaking that routine & doing something fun & out of the norm is so life changing.

Hey Tara, I've been following you and your lovely family since Bailey and Shay were small. I'm a single mum with an autistic son. He was 6 when diagnosed and now is 14. I think it's very brave that you're sharing Grayson's diagnoses but I will say this. People, especially family will give you advice but you as parents know your child best and thus know (most of the time) whats best for your child. So trust in that. This was one of my most favourite videos in a long time, you were so vulnerable to share your heart but so many of us can relate. I know I can. Praying for you for peace and comfort during this season. You are an amazing mother, which does mean often you are left feeling depleted with an empty cup at the end of each day.

So sweet, such good memories. You're exactly right, life is hard sometimes but that's ok. On those hard days, I remind myself "this too shall pass. Don't sweat the small stuff, and baby, it's almost all small stuff". I don't know why, but it helps me. I pray for peace for you and your precious family. 🥰

This was my favorite video that you’ve ever posted. One thing I’ve learned is that bottling up all your emotions and feelings are what can make you depressed so it is so healthy for you to share them and get them out. Whether it’s on paper, to a person or whatever. Thanks for sharing your life with us.

Your family is so beautiful and loving ❤️ thank u for sharing about Grayson's diagnosis of asd. My son was diagnosed at 18 months and with a year of therapy, he's already progressed more than us and his drs thought! My advice would be to find your tribe, the people u can share your fears and hopes with. Also, somebody told me in the beginning, "That little boy is going to surprise you." I believe that for your son too. I really allow myself to take in the small moments and each tiny step of progress.

I can so relate to depression. I had the worst time of my life for the past two to three months. I literally couldn’t do anything including eating. Many you tube videos have gotten me through it. You’re an amazing mom and wife.

We just got my son diagnosed last month. We didn't get a level but he is low support for most things. It sure is crazy. A lot of change and therapy to deal with. We started prek mid-year so this week he has been extra tired. I'm so grateful for my boy. He is teaching me a lot ❤

Ok first of all your dad is literally the best guy ever! I love so much that he send your babies weekly letters❤ second! You and Adam are the best parents! I love that you teach them independence but also to know they can come to y’all for anything❤ the patience y’all have with them but also the discipline as well! I always tell people it’s my job to shape the person she will become (my daughter) and it’s so true! A lot of people dont see it that way tho lol anyways I just wanted to let you know Tara you are doing an amazing job! ❤

My son is 11 and autistic he was non verbal till 6 he doesn’t not be quiet. Somethings get easier when they are older some don’t but I’ve learnt so much more being on our journey. My youngest has health issues and was non verbal till 7 we found makaton really helped and the pecs that u guys have. We have a syndrome called 22 q I found out I had it when my youngest had bronchitis at a week old my eldest was all ready diagnosed so they pieced things together done the test and only my husband was negative x

What kind of bed do you and Adam have? I am in the market for a good bed. There are so many kinds now. Tempur-pedic I hear is great. Plus all those memory foam mattresses that get delivered rolled up, get grear reviews too. Do you just put those memory foams over your existing box spring? Anyone please, looking for reccommendations of a good mattress. Please say what you love, like and not like about the mattress.
