Honestly I’m glad you had the courage to speak up and tell your story about this relationship. It’s good to teach younger girls what a relationship shouldn’t be like. I feel like it’s not talked about enough with teens.

Keilly, Im so proud of you! You’re handling this situation so well and so respectfully, being so young and it being your first breakup. You’re definitely right, it is HIS loss. You’re amazing and you’re beautiful and your family is quite awesome too! Keep handling it like a champ. I know it’s hard but with time, it’ll only get better and you will only be stronger and wiser! girl you’re so much better than me , if i guy cheated on me i would’ve exposed him especially since how close he was to your family and how your parents took HIM on you guys family vacations. u deserve sm better no one deserves to get cheated on it’s one of the worst pain to feel. and also him being controlling and not letting u hangout with your friends is a atomic red flag . it’s crazy how different things are off camera. but i also just went through a breakup similar to u and let me tell u spending quality time with yourself/friends & family help sm. you’re so beautiful keily never let a guy treat u like that .

💕keep ur head up queen,, u have nothing to worry about don’t let bad thoughts get into ur head. Focus on being confortable being with yourself that’s something so powerful fr. honestly it had to be a lesson learned. Once they break up with you, or vice versa… never ever contact them back. And never ever take them back once they call again after a breakup. It will never end well! You deserve someone who loves you, respects you, gives you your space. If there is no real communication, even if it’s over argument, there should be a *communication* no matter what. If he keeps threatening you with a breakup, that’s a red flag. Think about it, it was all about him controlling you. You are brave and beautiful and mature and strong. He isn’t.. you deserve someone better! Hugs!!

Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding. telling you that you cant talk to your friends is awful :( Narcissists typically most isolate friends members because they pose the biggest threat of revealing things they want kept out of public view.

I dated my ex from when I was 15-17 for a year and a half and I can say years later now breaking up was the best thing for me. I needed to learn how to love myself and be alone. I was too young and too focused on getting my self love from someone else. I can 100% relate to ignoring the “red flags” because I was in love. Even though going through the breakup was so incredibly hard, I really grew as a person and I am grateful for the lessons I learned. You will get to a point where it doesn’t hurt anymore, you got this!

It’s been hard because I cared about him so much but he didn’t really feel stuff for me the way he did. Hey Keilly hearing you talk about ur break up reminded me of mine 4 years ago (I was sophomore)!I felt the same way literally SAME situation except I was with him for 1y I would take him back even after I found out what he was doing but I stayed and kept going back bc I was so USED to him and I thought I was going to marry him that my world would end without him but GIRL I was so wrong it’s literally a joke now when I look back at it. Now I’m in almost 3y relationship with my new bf literally the best bf I could have asked for so it made it all worth it YOU WILL FIND BETTER but it’s a part of life and it’s good that it happens now so we know how to deal with it when we are older. I appreciate you sharing your story tho using ur platform to let other girls know that they can get thru it and their not alone block them cry it off and move on. this video actually helped me so much because i have been debating forever if i should text him because i miss him so much he was my bestfriend and when he ended it i felt so alone because i felt like i had no one to talk to because he was truly the only person i would talk to. i do still obviously hope he comes back one day and we can be happy again because i do believe he was my person but in the end if he’s not then it’s okay i’ll learn to be okay. i totally understand what you mean by not talking negatively about him because even if he hurt me i can’t bring myself to say anything bad about him because he’s truly a great guy and when people say bad things about him it hurts me. the reason we ended tho was because he said he wasn’t happy with himself but he told me i did make him happy but that’s hard to believe because if i made him happy i don’t understand why he would want to end things. i also don’t like leaving my room tho but i have tried my best to be out and not have that constant thought in my head all the time. as of rn i also still have all of our pictures even tho people tell me to delete them i can’t bring myself to do it and i just wanna wait it out until i’m fully ready because i just think it’ll be the best for me. sorry for the venting lol but it’s easier if idk any of y’all!
