This video was all about a 30 year itch that I desperately needed to scratch! I have some great memories back in my high school years of late night shrimping with my buddies around Hillsboro Inlet whether it was off my 17' Mako or right from the docks near the inlet. This trip reminded me of how much fun it truly is and what a great family activity it is. My youngest son was on spring break and we had a good east wind condition with just a few days before the full moon so we decided to give it a shot. They were not running thick by any means but we had a solid catch of more than 100 shrimp that provided a delicious family dinner for us.
