I also had problems with stuttering a long time ago, despite my ping being good. Turns out I had to turn off movement prediction. Also, I'm pretty sure that the cards that have an extra "buff" below them just upgrade said item at the same time for free. That's how it usually works with vampire survivors type of game.

sir if you hit tab or whatever binding you have for league to bring up score boards it gives you the list of items AND tells you what passive you need to evolve them also if you hold shift and hover over your weapons it gives you bonus information (such as if it scales with projectiles or if armor enhances the item or hp like radiant field)

Goes for ult CDR and sera is a projectile champ... Rarely uses the ult and never touched projectile level. Idk if this was either fun or painful to watch 😅

Tried this out on the PBE... NGL Jinx is the worst one of the champs so far, Seraphine an Leona together is shields on shields.. You just do armor an hp regen with Leona then anything else and she's unkillable pretty much.. and dont forget to pair weapons/powers with passives to get the evolves or they'll just max at 5 an not evolve like Vsurvivor

The icon on the bottom of the card is synergy that let's you evolve. 5 is the limit for any ability you choose until you have the Evolve stat. Hover over one on your bar to see which one at any time. NOTE: area+ is bugged and isn't appearing rn.

So its more VampireSurvivors then. Weapon and its corresponds Equipment(in this game it was stats) then you get the evolution

Vampire survivors is sooooo not the og survivor game. I remember playing a zombie killer back in the 2001. Bloodfields maybe? Anyways, this genre showed up in modern games in the WC3/half life modding era. Just like almost every other game genre.

Vanguard is great but since it is added in League, a lot of problems have been going on in SEA server (Vanguard event [unexpected error], random GPU restart, etc.)

bruh you need your passive to upgrade your active skill haha upgraded attack makes your run easy. So painful to watch with the health regen just passing by. then you need the card to evolve your attack

Vanguard is the best thing to happen in gaming since Skyrim. It is the future of anti-cheat, get used to it. It's not a bad precedent but a necessary advancement. People can whine about kernel access all they want, and 99% of them don't even know what it means. With a responsible company behind it, you are nearly guaranteed to never have a cheating problem. Without it, League could get cracked tomorrow and instantly have its competitive ladder destroyed. Just because you never notice it doing anything isn't proof that it isn't keeping League a minimal cheat environment. I play tarkov, and the community is crying desperately for a successful solution to the cheater problem. Kernel level anti-cheats would be the most effective step that could be taken. It's a good example as to how the internet can stifle and complicate an obvious technological imprivement. Wake up people, the people telling you vanguard is bad for you are actually the bad actors which vanguard will affect the most. You will never notice it if you're a good actor, and you'll also never notice its effect on the game.

I have quit league because of Vanguard. Not because I don't like it or that I thought it was a bad choice, I literally cannot play because of TPM 2.0. I don't know what that means, but I can't play because I don't have it. Sad to say that when I do want to play 100% lifesteal udyr, arena and now this, I cannot even choose to play league again.
