The picture is an homage to Ophelia, an 19th century painting. If I recall correctly it is about the beauty of death - the girl in the picture is dead.

Nadia SJ yes it is hatsune miku but it is a reference to ophelia and yes in both pictures they are dead

This person is correct Ophelia is an ACTUAL painting from The 18th century look it up an you'll see the resemblance. I'm a huge anime fan but this painting was beautiful, why put miku in it?
