The guy on the picture might look alot like Sebastian from Black Butler, but it's Chrollo Lucifer from Hunter X Hunter Edit: The bandages on his forehead and the earrings are showing us that it is Chrollo. I also searched through the comment section and found the link to the picture that has been used. It specifically said that it was Chrollo.
