What if talking the ones who are supposed to love you the most makes it only worse and never better . Sadly your advice is wonderful and useful if only I had someone who loved me like their supposed to but you know not everyone has a perfect or even a good family nor people who love them just because and instead I’m loved only when I’m useful or sad and depressed when I’m happy they think I’m lying or I’m trying to hurt them so I try not to be happy and when I’m not happy their mad and tell me I should be happy more cuz I’m making them look like bad parents so now I’m trapped in my head not knowing who I am anymore nor knowing what I’m supposed to do who I’m supposed to be for them to just be happy for me you know. I just happen to have a pretty fucked up family and I don’t blame them like they seem to think I do I blame myself and I know I deserve everything that happens/happened to me bad or good I deserve it all for putting the ones I love in pain somehow

@@ghostboy6869 I know I’m gonna do that I’ll be moving out of home soon anyways cuz my parents tell me to save up money and my mom said once I’m 18 I can pay rent or leave and I’m gonna save up as much as I can so ima just move out I hate being at home anyways so yeah I’m gonna get my license then my own car and be on a road trip till I find a place to call my home you know

I have been depressed for a long time and just hide it all with a smile and a small laugh. I decided to myself that I'll bottle up these emotions even if it poison me just to see everyone I care about smile brightly.

"Create scenarios that don't exist I do it all the time" this one line resonates with me so much, I am a very unimaginative person however my brain is very active when it creates terrible scenarios regarding me, family and friends.

Lately i’ve been experiencing extreme mood swings. I can feel extremely bad. Then one day I feel good, the other great. I start hoping that it’ll be alright from now on in the future. That i finally will be able to function normally. However in another hour i might be planning suicide in disturbing details and write suicide letters or their electronic versions which i like to call “black box” that have similar functions to the real ones. It’s happening in time when I simply don’t have time for that. It all feels like I have some kind of mental disorder. My best bet would be bipolar disease or borderline personality disorder. However i don’t want to self diagnose as i don’t know shit about psychology. I probably should just go to a specialist, like i was supposed to a long time ago. Why i’m writing this? I don’t really know. Gotta get it all out of my chest and hopefully work on stuff i have to do.

I know how much it hurts The only thing , I could suggest is to focus on your work make yourself busy , so that you don't get suicidal thoughts , spend time with your friends and listen some good music which motivates you . ❤️❤️Take care

It's normal for this kind of behavior for when you're depressed. I was like this through my 8th grade year and my 9th grade year. Sometimes your mind would just feels better talking about how you're feelings. It doesn't have to be a personality disorder it could just be you needing to express yourself in a way that only you can understand. Your mood swings are just because you have a lot going on and your off balance and you can't control anything about it. It can pass or it can get worse. Just keep writing your emotions down because it will help you in the long run and don't let people who know what you write about take this away from you. Stand there and tell them to read what you have so you can explain to them that it's a journal for your emotions. I know it will feel weird but it would be good on occasions but don't give up writing like I did

Everytime my mum my dad my teacher my friends asked if im okay i lied to them i was fine but i wasnt i forced myself to smile and fake my laugther everyday
