Seeing the X-Men TAS version of Gambit die... This version of Gambit was the guy that got me into X-Men. This version of him is the voice I hear whenever I read his dialogue in the comics. The man rocks a stylish coat, sexy body armor, a cool power (complete with burning red eyes), one hell of a skill set, a charming accent - and a tormented, fascinating past. Gambit is so relatable in his quest to right his own wrongs and to find a way to reach his own definition of "good." All of this, plus his own personal battle to win his way to the heart of a girl that he can't touch. This is the guy that makes me say that - despite being a librarian and an avid reader of all genres - Gambit will forever be my favorite fictional character. Seeing Rogue break down like this ... Nightcrawler may just be my favorite non X-Men team member in this series The dude is so wise and pure and is always there to give wisdom and kindness to those in need Almost as good as Charles Xavier himself

I feel bad for rouge, so, Will Gambit Come Back To Life By Cable’s Time Travel or being revived by Apocalypse as the Horseman Of Death?
@SirsasthNigam.15 күн бұрын
Speaking with Screen Rant, Castorena confirmed that Gambit and Magneto were officially dead and that the animated revival would not be undoing their sacrifices in Episode 5. The director also shared that the creative team considered killing off other mutants before settling on the two fan-favorite characters. "The decision was never finite, like, 'We're doing this, we're killing so and so and that's it.' This might scare fans, but it changed a bit, it bounced around on who it would be because for sake of story, for sake of pushing character arcs and tying everything in, based on where story trajectory was going, [it] was based on what character it was going to be, he explained. "But ultimately, obviously, we landed on Gambit and, Magneto. We know someone, a.k.a. Rogue, who is, especially in our show, who was very much intertwined with both." Castorena explained that fans will need to tune in for the rest of the season to see how the titular team deals with Magneto and Gambit's deaths, hinting that Rogue especially will have a hard time accepting that the two mutants closest to her are gone. "I implore audiences to ponder and be curious about what that would do to someone of Roque's caliber and potentially, I would say focus less on what we have lost and I would focus on more who or what lies ahead, if that makes sense for you," he teased. He continued, "But ultimately, at the end of the day, Gambit and Magneto are dead and we'll have to watch the series unfold to further understand what those consequences are going to be for not just for our team but for potentially for the rest of the world."

Magneto is alive, so that probably means Gambit will probably come back as the horseman as death probably by Mr. Sinister
@DiegoHawk2K715 күн бұрын
Yeah, but I REALLY, REALLY want him to come back so it can make rouge happy.

@@bobocute4675 thats not mr sinister's thing to do but Apocalypse does recruit mutants to be in his horsemen so very sure Apocalypse will do some grave digging and bring Gambit back to life as the horseman of death I hope apocalypse is the big bad next season wont rlly mind gambit being a bad guy the whole season

In love, as in other things, you must act in no simpler way, but as your soul tells you, as is right. It's a pity that Rogue didn't understand this.

Losing Remy must have been so hard for her 😢. I think one of the hardest things she’s done. I still can’t believe she tried to commit sewer slide after Magneto died.

This is why Rogue is my absolute all-time favorite. Even the strongest of us need to crumble at times. I'm loving everything about this show and the feelings of nostalgia and simpler times it is bringing back. Much kudos to Lenore Zann for taking the voice acting to unlimited levels. Queen status 👑

This was a touching scene. I only wish that the guitar would have stopped in the music when Rogue broke down and the choir came in, to where it was only the choir. But I know that is a very personal preference.
