Here's a tip to you! You can hold your left shift to make the pats focus in one (or up to three) breakables! So you won't need to go to the settings every time! (English is not my first language btw).

1:35 correction: the end crystals HEAL the dragon but don’t give it power or invincibility as shown by any minecraft speedrun, it will die even if the end crystals are intact if you deal enough damage per second
