I was the first to notice the adventure animatronics in the fnaf world teaser when me and my brothers saw it. We checked it everyday after school and obsessed over every new teaser. I wish that Scott Cawthon/Steel Wool still did stuff like this. You said it best yourself, "They miss not knowing every last detail about every mechanic of each game". As much as I love dissecting games, that mystery is such an important part of fnaf. For example, if markiplier didn't encounter Golden Freddy in his second episode I'm sure there'd be a lot less intrigue in the community for the lore.
