Beijing nightlife has changed. The bar street in Sanlitun, the place to be for nightlife in China's capital, has been largely closed for the last months due to covid measures. So, where do the locals go on a Saturday night in Beijing?
First, we join them for a walk through Sanlitun Taikoo Li, one of Beijing's most fashionable shopping and amusement streets. Crowds of fashionable young Chinese come here every night to see and be seen, and to have their pictures taken by the dozens of photographers walking around Sanlitun.
We then continue our Beijing walk at the lively Sanlitun night market, which is located in Sanlitun SOHO. Beijing SOHO is the perfect place for a more relaxed night stroll, with lots of local options for wining, dining and even some nighttime skating.

🇨🇳 Chinese introduction: 北京的三里屯真是大大的有名，它位于东二环外，因距老北京的内城城墙三里远而得名。三里屯地区包括三里屯酒吧街、三里屯太古里、三里屯SOHO等建筑群，是北京最最最著名的夜生活娱乐街区。目前，三里屯酒吧街还没有恢复营业，但这当然不妨碍时尚潮流的年轻人到这里找找其他乐子。
此视频拍摄于2022年“十一黄金周”长假期间，拍摄地点是三里屯著名的商业街区--太古里。
太古里被工人体育场北路划分为南北两区。北区集中了更多的奢侈品牌，但太古里北区最有趣的地方是此处还“埋伏”着许多的业余摄影师。他们大多集中在商圈中的各主要通道上，手持“长枪短炮”，对着衣着靓丽、打扮入时的年轻人从头到脚一顿猛拍。好像来这里休闲购物的年轻人也早就习以为常，泰然自若、从容淡定地走过他们身边，留下一道道美丽的倩影。这已经成了太古里的“景中之景”。
太古里南区有个热闹的市集正在举行，各种漂亮的首饰、小玩意儿吸引住了众人的脚步，他们在这里流连忘返。太古里市集虽不大，但是新鲜玩意儿可不少，最最吸引眼球的要算是在市集一侧突然出现的神兽“草泥马”。南美羊驼无论出现在哪里都是吸睛神器，果不其然，可爱呆萌的草泥马周围被里三层外三层的人群围满……
太古里南区的购物广场上散发着阵阵食物的香气，来此休闲、购物、聚餐的年轻人悠闲漫步，三三两两、成群结伴；地下一层的下沉广场上还有滑板爱好者在刻苦练习；餐馆外排队等位就餐的小情侣、小伙伴们交谈甚欢；志同道合的朋友们也是难得有空一起聚餐；温馨的三口之家享受着饭后的休闲时光……
