Looks Awesome! Can you say something about safety there in general? Any concerns, places to stay away from, scammers, etc.?

Generally safe. Police on almost every corner. Just say no to anyone trying to solicit anything and they'll leave you be. That main strip you see in the video can be a bit pricey. Walk North about 5 minutes and the prices are much more affordable. For food, accommodation, etc.
