In My View / Hawk You know? The very day I turned 17, I went into the Army. Infantry. "Follow Me!" Anyhow, before I could be called an American Soldier, before I could Serve my Country, I had to take an Oath. An Oath to Protect, and Defend, The Constitution of The United States. I took the Oath as just another thing to do as an Enlisted Man, just like the series of shots I had to take. This was at the end of Nam, and during the height of The Cold War. Soon, I found myself being sent to Germany. Once we arrived in Berlin, we were all taken to Checkpoint Charlie, to see what it was we were there to Defend against. Growing up in America, and being of the Christian Faith, I thought I knew what Evil was. One second of seeing that Iron Curtain, I realized, I knew nothing of Evil. Seeing that Wall, and seeing how the People had to live on the other side of that Iron Curtain, I suddenly realized the importance of the Oath I had taken. The Oath I took to Protect and Defend The Constitution of the United States, was an Oath to Protect the American Peoples' Rights, and Freedoms, and Liberties, given to us all in That Constitution, from the Evil I saw on the other side of that Iron Curtain. There was no Freedom there. There was no goodness there. There was no hope left in the people there to ever live Free. They lived as cattle, not Humans. I actually cried at what I saw. Evil, when you see it with your own eyes, when you can feel it to your bones, is more shocking, horrible, and terrifying, than you can ever imagine. I was Honored from then on, and thanked God every day, for him letting me live in a Free and Democratic Country. I was Honored to Protect, and Defend, what I saw as the most God inspired Document in Mans History. I was Honored to Defend what God had made America to be. A Free, and Democratic Country. A Country where everyone had Human Rights given to us in Our Constitution. To me, Our Constitution represented the Good in this World. Our Constitution I thought, Honored what God himself wanted for the entire World. Freedom. Democracy. The Rule of Law. I was Honored to have had the chance to Protect, and Defend, what I saw as such a Godly inspired Document. I was Honored to have the chance to Protect and Defend The Constitution of the United Strates. I think most Americans who have ever taken that Oath to Protect and Defend The Constitution of the United States, felt as I did, or close. I wonder now, what are future American Heroes, going to take an Oath to do? What Oath will they be made to take, to Protect and Defend? I mean, with this Supreme Courts Unlawful, and definitely Unconstitutional decision, the Constitution I took an Oath to Uphold, and Defend, is no longer Valid. In this decision, the Supreme Court has removed the separation of Powers, giving the Executive Branch all the Power, over the other two Branches. The Constitution said that there will be 3 Branches of Government. Co-Equals in Power, to ensure that all of "We the Peoples" Rights, will be equally represented in the Law. This decision Unconstitutionally removed that separation of Powers. It gives to Our President, Dictator style Immunity from the Law, adding to the Powers of the President, things that Our Constitution has never given to the President. Destroying one of the Founding Principles of America. That No-one, is Above the Law. Why I say that all of this is Unlawful, and Unconstitutional, is the fact that Our Constitution does not give any Power to Our Supreme Court to Add To, or Take Out, anything in Our Constitution. Their role is simply to interpret what The Constitution already says when questions about what it says, comes up. Nowhere in The Constitution has it ever said, that the Executive Branch shall have complete Rule over the other two Branches, even over the Supreme Court. Our Constitution, if this stands will have to be re-written. The one we had, is no longer the Law of the Land. It is no longer Valid. A new Oath will have to be written also. The Oath we all took to Protect and Defend The Constitution of the United States is Invalid now. There is nothing left of Our Constitution, it has been Illegally, and Unconstitutionally, been made null, and void. So? I bet none of the Heroes in Our Military ever thought that when they Pledged an Oath to Protect and Defend The Constitution of the United States, that by July 1st 2024, that Constitution, would no longer exist. Surprise. What Oath will you take now? What will you all Pledge your very lives to Protect, and Defend now? Make no mistake. This decision has made all of Our Heroes sacrifices to Protect, and Defend that Constitution, including my own Service, mean nothing. Our Government has become what we all have been fighting against for 248 years. You all took an Oath to Protect, and Defend, Our Constitution. I know what Millions of American Heroes have done to do that for the last 248 years. What will all of you Serving today choose to do? What Oath will you now take to Protect, and Defend?
