With a good light setup, the Wiss is just as fun once the sun goes down. Come along for a brisk winter night Wiss ride, taking advantage of the long sightlines, great dirt and best of all: completely empty trails. Night riding is a ton of fun and provides a fresh perspective on your local trails that you might've ridden a hundred times before. I've ridden at night a bit over the years using commuter lights, but investing in a top quality MTB light setup this past fall has been a total game changer. On my helmet I'm rocking an Outbound Lighting Hangover and on my bars, a Magicshine MJ906S. I love both lights, but if I could do it over again, I'd probably trade the MJ906s for the Outbound Trail Evo to ditch the external battery. Although it's a necessity for a post work ride during the winter, having a light setup greatly expands your potential ride times year round and increases your safety if you're riding while the sun is setting, even on those later summer rides.
