akina's kanji for his name can have many readings and is kind of a play of words, and back when he debuted, kuzuha read it quite literally and completely wrong so he's kept calling him that ever since jokingly there's a compilation of a few times he's called him that (it's in japanese though) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iMVniNF31rCXaHU.html

first, there's a famous Shishou (master) who has his former name Sanshi in rakugo. He's really famous not only a rakugo player but also a TV presenter. Saegusa, Akina's surname, its kanji has alt reading, sanshi. as a person above me explains so, it is basically a play of words.
