Some peeps focus on mistakes. Those are the ones who don’t understand how truly great Nika Muhl is. She is DOMINANT from the pg position.

The UConn offense has motion, picks/screens, and all the usual stuff, but this highlight reel shows one of their absolute best strengths is the 2-on-1 play in its many forms. The standard 2-on-1 fast break was fun in the 1960s-70s and the Lakers running game with Magic Johnson was great, but these days there are many ways to get the 2-on-1 and UConn knows them all. Only a few of the top teams have generally been able to slow them with great defense and that's where great shooters like Bueckers, Fudd, and Lopez-Senechal were to do their magic. Who will it be next season?

most of these passes are simply her making the right play or running the action. she’s not doing anything special honestly. she can’t get her teammates open

Are you kidding? Most turnovers of any of her teammates. She won't even go in the second round.

Incorrect, Aaliyah Edwards had the highest turnover rate per minutes played last season. Nika often passes to where the player is supposed to be in a given action, and gets the TO stat despite the error being the other player. Nika is also a higher risk, higher reward passer by nature... particularly in transition, which leads to both more open layups and turnovers. Also, her sheer grit and toughness defensively is second to none. Good 3pt percentage, not great but solid, but enough for and WNBA team.

Nika Muhl, is the best point guard in the County and should be a top 5 WNBA pick. On top of her offensive talents, she's the best defensive player in the Country. Nika, has an innate ability to be able to defend one on one in the open Court and strip her opponent clean which nobody does it better than Nika.
