This isnt the 80s/90s. No one color bangs anymore. It's more like a novelty if anything As long as cuz isnt known for being affiliated with the gang, and isnt repping it, wearing a something like this (SPECIALLY a shoe) wont get him in any harm. And yes, in your community you are known if you bang or not. People who see a paisley pattern and think "Gangs" are most likely not even from a gang central area anyways.
