Is the swoosh supposed to look more yellow as compared to the rest of the shoe?

The swoosh is a different material and gives off a different color in the light. It’s really not that noticeable in-hand

Real size or half-size down! AF1s are generally roomy

No. These aren’t waterproof at all. Definitely need some protection spray for these.
