So I’m usually a size 9 but I get size 8.5 with air force 1 lows but what I’ve heard that the mids are true to size does that mean I need to get them in size 9 please help

yes you always should get a shoe that is .5 apart from your actual size because it will give you some space to feel comfortable and plus growing in

yeah very hard to put them on when they are fresh out of the box... gotta loosen all the laces first... i am size US 11 and i got a pair of US 11.. they are true to size for me.
