I have my physical endurance test next month for para military am still confused which shoe i should buy for 5 kms running... According to you which shoes is better alfa fly 3 or 2 or vapor fly 3... ?

I’ve heard of this tip, but the overall shoe for me was far too narrow as a wide-footed runner!
