In my opinion: Nike React has the best balance in stability and cushioning for mid-distance running (light to medium weight runners). The Under Armour HOVR's caged cushioning system works best for mixed exercise routines and speed training. And the Adidas Ultra Boost provides the ultimate cushioning for casual comfort.

I just got a pureboost shoe and it is super comfy! But i do get this wierd numb feeling if i stand in the same spot for too long, idk why? Even with normal shoes if i sit in the car and just let my feet sit on the floor, they get numb why? Its like if i put pressure on the shoe its fine, but if i lightly out on ground it goes numb and boost makes my feet numb if i dont move for e a ling time

Jamison Michael it was good on showing each one’s flaws and strengths. I’ve always been an under armor guy and the Phantoms I hear are a big game changer. But I’ve also heard talk about the Sonics performing slightly different than the phantoms. I wouldn’t know what that would entail as I figured both were basically the same.

So I work at Walmart pushing carts and wanted a comfortable shoe I can wear and stand in all day without my feet hurting I was picking between Nike epic react and zoom fly I ended up going with the epic react I hope I made the right decision What would you say is the best shoe to push carts in? (doesn't have to be either of the ones I listed)

I love the ultraboost but I cannot run in it. It actually has too much cushioning and is too heavy. It tires me out. I haven't tried the other two. I really want to try the epic react but I wonder if it might be too firm and two narrow in the toebox like the lunarepic.

I’m not a runner at all💯 I play football (DL & OL) but, I feel like the ultra boost cushion is to soft for my like and my feet start to dig into them and makes them a lil uncomfortable. To my like I think the Nike Flyknit vapormax is the most comfortable sneaker I have ever put on. Soon will try the react and hovr. Flyknit over any upper in my opinion.

Joey Lalonde-Rioux i wouldn’t necessarily recommend any of these for that. But for the sake of to picking out one from these 3, I’d go with the HOVR phantom over the other 2.

the floatride would be closest to the react as far as cushioning. a bit less stable able than the underamour and under armour...still more stable than the UB, breathablilty would be right around the epic react. comfort wise id say it be just a notch behind the UltraBoost/React.

the clifton4's cushion and metarock gives thh shoe a bit more firmer toe off, and a decently padded heel. compared to the react, where it has a more natural transition, and coming off the midfoot feels softer with more of a "springy/bounce" sensation. I think the react cushioning is overall better for me, just feel much lighter on foot, the shoe seems less "bottom heavy". The clifton 4 didnt have that "plushness" that i felt in the react...which is funny considering nike's are steroyopically the "uncomfortable shoe" and hokas are "really comfortable." The clifton 4 is still good to many though.

What is your longest run logged on the Phantoms? UA recommends the HOVR Sonics for “longer runs,” but I prefer to have a more cushioned shoe. I’m training for a 1/2 marathon and am trying to find a single training shoe.

Michael Fong, I pulled the trigger and bought the Phantoms. I ran my first 1/2 marathon this weekend in my Brooks Ghosts and my results where 1hr and 43 Mins averaging close to a 7:50 per mile. I’ll begin training in the Phantoms this week and I’ll keep you posted.
