Last month, Nike and Tom Sach's NikeCraft label dropped their latest sneaker - the General Purpose Shoe. This unassuming pair features a knitted upper and a simple rubber cupsole which encases an EVA foam layer for comfort. After wearing them for the past few weeks, I'll adjust my recommendation and say if you have narrow or normal width feet, half size down is the better fit. They break in and TTS feels a bit too long and has a lot of heel slippage. Wide footers stay TTS.

This is the sort of shoe that Nike should just flood the market with. They're a collab with a popular designer, the model isn't hard to style, there are (hopefully) more colorways to come, and they look designed to pretty much be a "jack of all trades" shoe.

Got them off the raffle. Love them tbh. Way more comfortable than I was expecting and I agree that they look better on foot. Hope to get more CWs if they drop more

!!!!! You hit the nail on the head about the step in comfort Sean! I had the same issue with the heel sinking in and started watching everyone's review on the shoe making sure I wasn't alone with that experience. I'm glad you pointed that out! I'm thinking of putting in some insoles in to help with that awkward feeling at the heel. Any insole recommendations?

I agree. To me these just look like modern take on the Nike Killshots with waffle soles and pull tabs. But Killshots are a very underrated sneaker and this is a good looking shoe. I wouldn't pay resell for them though.

I have pretty wide feet and I am glad that I went up a Half Size to US Men's size 11. 10.5, my normal Nike size, would've been far too tight in the Toe Box for my feet..

I have worn them every day after I have received them. They do look great on feet and I love them. But the only thing that I don't like about this pair is that I have got the same issue as you, I have to tighten the shoe in order to feel locked at the back.

I was able to got a used pair for resale. A half size up from my usual and it honestly feels a little too big (TTS 9, 9.5 in dunks). Feel like a half size down would be perfect for me

@@SeanGo yeah! I used to wear 9.5 for several years because I thought that was my TTS so I'm familiar with how loose it feels to be a half size up. This feels like a full size for me (9.5->8.5)

I got two pairs from the raffle and I wish the only thing was the toe box didn’t cracks so easy but I do like the shoe. Hopefully next time we don’t have to deal with the BS raffle next time.

The grey and cream colors/gum midsole used in the Studio colorway make it a very versatile sneaker and will only look better with age and wear. Boring indeed.

I love the way they look, but the restock raffle was absolutely horrible and I wouldnt pay resell for them either

Can't help but feel that if these weren't Tom Sachs, they'd sit. But I guess thats what Nike do and intend with these collabs. Like the concept more than the execution on the shoe.

this shoe is for the people, no bells and whistles just a clean sneaker. a bit lazy if u ask me, Tom Sach's couldve done much much more for sure.

If resale was still over $1k they would be a mandatory cop. At under $500 I'm not sure if its worth it kinda plain. I'd consider picking them up if resale goes back up over $800 since they would be breaking necks. If price keeps going down though I can't do it especially since Nike's quality is poor.

The most hipocritical shoe of all time. This is supposed to be a boring, everyday shoe, instead of making it a GR, they decided to make it limited. That includes the upcoming colorways.
