Indonesian icon NIKI has been an Indomie purist since day one, but today she’s teaming up with BuzzFeed’s Inga Lam in the hopes of broadening her stir-fried noodle horizons. Together, NIKI and Ingra run through a few of their favorite ways to trick out a pack of instant noodles. Which mie goreng metamorphosis is NIKI's favorite? @@yellow8980 CAUTION: YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO READ THIS WHEN/IF YOU'RE FASTING. MAYBE WHEN/IF YOU'RE HAVING SAHUR OR AFTER MAGHRIB BREAKFASTING. True, it's all back to preferences. I tried a couple of Mie Sedaap before but didn't quiet as like it as Indomie. Overcooked (kinda lembek) Indomie Ayam Bawang with half or full cooked egg, less kuah, and some cabai rawit (or Bon Cabai for substitution), is just the most perfect Indomie in my own opinion.

Nunuk Nuraini was the woman who created the flavor packets for Indomie. She passed away in January. I just learned this from watching a video about endomie. I follow a woman named Beryl and she does videos about food from around the world. I guess Indonesia is the second largest consumer of Indomie. China is first.

OK , now I bought these Indomie noodles by Accident about a month ago and they’ve just been sitting in my cabinet. I didn’t think I would like them,until I came across this video and you triggered my curiosity. So, I made me a pack and OMG‼️😮😋 I think I found my new favorite food,.... those little sauce packets are loaded with sweet&spicy flavor. Just unbelievably good😋❤️😋 Thank you for sharing this video or else that pack of noodles probably would’ve been sitting in my cabinet for a year 👍💥
