It evokes so many memories of my ex husband and our 13 years together and even though I have remarried and moved on 15 years ago soon as I heard this all these memories both bad and sad come flooding back and really made me realise how toxic and painful that past history was with him. Yes we can heal as humans but the trauma really never quite leaves .
